Connect the massager with the adapter, then plug into the power source |

Press ' POWER ' button to turn on. The power indicator will be on. |

Press ' PULSE ' button to adjust " continuous wave' and ' pulse wave' (intermittent ultrasonic wave) |

Press ' VOL' button to select the wave intensity from low to medium to high. |
| 5. |
After use, press ' POWER ' button once more to stop working.
Notice: At this time, the infrared filters are still on. They will turn off in 15 seconds automatically. |
