Shipping costs vary based on both the size of the order, the shipping address, and the shipping method. We have searched high and low to bring you multiple choices for each order.
Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered and your location. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate. Please insure your shipping address matches the billing address on your credit card statement in order to insure prompt delivery. This address WILL be verified with your bank and if they do not match EXACTLY, your order will be delayed and possibly canceled. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number and expected arrival date. In order to insure the fastest possible delivery, it is sometimes necessary for us to split your order into two or more packages. Do not be alarmed if your items do not arrive together.
Please be aware of the following schedule:
- Shipping within Canada - 4-6 business days
- Shipping to US - 4-6 business days by express service
- Shipping to US - 6-12 business days by regular post
- Shipping international - regular - 4-6 weeks (max 2-3 months)
- Shipping international - express 6-12 business days
- Loss of shipment - all shipments are insured. If your shipment is lost, we will file a claim with Canada Post. However, the time for reimbursement may take up to 3 months.
Please note: sometimes it will have some delay for international order because of customs clearance.
