In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an authorization number from our customer service
department by online form.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, all accessories and free gifts. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
For any return we charge 10% handing fee; we charge additional 20-80% restocking fee for any merchandise returned damaged or not in its original condition.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
We require the following information to process your return.

- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Packing slip
- Order ID
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
Please return the merchandise to our shipping department as you will be notified. Please note, the return is only acceptable within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
All returns must be shipped back to the shipping department of
HealthXP.com
using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS
Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by HealthXP.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

exchange.
If your package is returned to us marked as "refused",
"unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have
it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $15 re-shipping fee. |
