Product works very well however, the control dial does not have 10 specific speeds as the notched dial wheel would lead you to believe.
It just kind of changes speed in an un-gradual manner. There is not enough slow speed and the fast speed is ok. It would be more accurate if it was advertised as slow, medium(s) and fast. I see the new product - Super Chi - has some improvements and I hope the speed controller is better. It ought to be better for the price. I will be getting that one tonight.
