The IHD3111 leaves your head and hands free while you pamper yourself with a calming sauna at home, or anywhere.
The portable sauna warms quickly, yet gently, with back and side super-conductive heating elements plus a floor footpad, giving off soothing FIR heat. The controls includer a timer (10 / 20
/ 30 minutes) for a constant temperature of approx. 60oC (140oF). Assembly and re-folding for storage are quick and easy.
Fully extended, the IHD3111 holds one person, seated. (Note: for use by larger people, the larger I-Spa model should be considered.) |

- Plug Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna power socket into electrical outlet. If an extension cord must be used, it should be less than 3 meters (10 feet) long. No other electrical appliances
should be connected to the same extension cord.
- After sitting on folding chair inside the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, close the zipper all the way to the neck, and close the Velcro strap around the neck.
- Extend hands outside the sauna through the hand slots to set controls.
- Press the POWER button once to activate the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna LED digital display shown in the display window. Press TIMER button to set for 10, 20 or 30 minutes. The timer
will turn on the heater to produce FIR, and will automatically count down to 0 before shutting off power.
- Press the FOOT button to turn on the heating element to produce FIR heat on the foot pad. If the foot pad becomes too hot, move feet to the sides or press the FOOT button again to turn it
off.
- Once a thorough sweat has been achieved, turn off the power from the Timer Control Box and cool down.
- Wipe off sweat from the chair and cushion and disconnect the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, for cleaning and storage.
