How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on both the size of the order, the shipping address, and the shipping method. We have searched high and low to bring you the best possible shipping costs
with every order. We currently use FedEx, UPS and Canada Post to ship our products to you. Our shipping program will automatically calculate the shipping cost for each shipping method available from
each courier; the cost is the fee which will be charged by the courier plus a small markup as the packing and handling fee.
Out-of-stock items
There is typically a 1 to 3 week wait before out-of-stock items can be shipped based on the methods described above. If you order an out-of-stock item our standard shipping methods
still apply but you will wait up to 3 weeks before the order is shipped. Once shipped it will arrive based on the shipping method you selected when you placed your order. We will refund you in the full
amount if the order will not be available in 3 weeks.

Why don't you offer free shipping?
First of all, you need to be aware that all the free stuffs are actually already marked up in your other payments. If you see any free shipping offered by any online store, most likely
they mark up higher than those who charge shipping fees. We mark up low in our items and just charge whatever shipping fees the courier actually charge, plus a small markup as the packing and handling
fee(usually less than $5). All in all, we would like to be honest to our buyers and don't want to lure you by offering free shipping but higher price.
We ship both to the United States and Canada as well as most other International destinations as long as you can see it's supported by our shipping provider in the shipping calculation
program.

Can I place order by fax or phone?
For those who are not comfortable of placing order on our website, you may download the order form in word format or PDF format, fill in all the order info along with your credit card informaiton, send fax to us or scan and email us back. We will confirm with you once we receive the order.

How quickly will my order arrive?
Your order will be shipped based on the location and shipping method you choose, you should able to see the estimated time for each shipping method when you make an order. We will
send out the order to the courier within 1 business day after we confirmed your payment. Please keep in mind that shipping procedures vary in many different Countries and Cities around the world. This can cause unexpected
delays in addition to the time frames mentioned above. For the most part these situations are rare, but we can not guarantee that your order will not be delayed by customs or for other reasons outside

How is my order packaged for shipping?
We take a great deal of care to make sure that your product arrives safely in it's original state. Items are packaged in tough, sturdy, die-cut cardboard boxes and envelopes, and sealed
thoroughly. Packages contain the ordered items, an invoice, and any other small offerings that may be in effect at the time of ordering. (Example: pouches, promotions, etc...)

What is your return/exchange policy?
Return Policy - You can return most items sold by HealthXP.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We cannot accept returns of certain items including:
- Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, shows obvious wear, or is damaged as determined by HealthXP.com staff.

Exchange Policy
You can exchange most items for other items of equal or lesser value sold on HealthXP.com within 30 days of delivery by returning them to the above address. Note that you will be charged an extra
shipping charge on any new items being shipped to you.

How can I cancel an order?
Any order that has not yet been shipped can be cancelled by navigating to the particular order in Your account section.
Once login, you can choose to cancel the order. If your order has already entered the shipping cycle however, you must email us at: orders@healthxp.com with your order # and tell us you would like to
cancel the order. When the order arrives, please send it back to us in it's original packaging to the address same as Item 5.

Can I order out-of-stock items?
You can still order these items from us, but please be aware that these items will take longer to ship, in most cases 2-3 weeks. This is in addition to the standard
delivery times mentioned above.
You can always check the status of your order in the Your account section. If your order has already been shipped, expect delivery based on the shipping method you chose.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders that originate from P.O. Boxes at this time.

Our shipping frequency depends on the order volume. We typically have shipments leaving our offices daily, or twice per week during slow periods.

Why has my credit card been charged but I haven't received a shipping confirmation?
Our processing method begins with pre-authorization. Your bank sets aside funds for the transaction and some banks show it as if though the funds have already been charged. This does
not mean that your card has already been charged. Upon shipping, your credit card transaction is completed, so you don't pay for anything until the order is on its way!
