| How to use Infrared Vibration Foot Massager RT-Q001: |

Plug the cord into a 110 V power source. |

Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the panel. The LCD will show the default setting:00 |

To set the time, press "Timer" button to choose 10, 15 or 30 minutes |

Press the "Speed Up" or "Speed Down" button to adjust vibration speed 1~12 (Slow-Fast) |

Press the "Infrared" button to turn infrared light (1-5 levels) on. |

Press the "Auto" button to choose from 3 automatic programs available. |

After use, press the ' Power' button to stop, then unplug. |
