| The PH-2B Infrared Sauna bag is composed of a
control box, a thermal blanket, a main power lead and 2 connection Leads.

Infrared Sauna Bag PH-2B Operation Procedure:
|
- Place the Infrared Sauna Bag on a flat surface, such as the bed
or floor.
- Wrap your body in the blanket. If a massage or body oil is used, then it is recommended to first wrap the body in a plastic film or sheet to protect the thermal blanket.
- Put the control box on a flat surface such as a table and insert the plug into the main power socket.
- Connect the leads labeled 1 and 2 between the control box and the thermal blanket. Connect lead 1 to jack 1 and lead 2 to jack 2, otherwise the heating system will not work.
- Turn the main power switch on at the back of the control box. The Power red indicating light on the control panel will shine. The device has not started working yet.
- Press the ON/OFF key to start setting the temperature and the timer.
- Press Timer ' to set the working time. For each press, the time will increase or decrease by 5 minutes. The default time is 40 minutes.
- Press Temperature ' to set the working temperature. For each press, the temperature will increase or decrease by 1°Centigrade. Set the temperature
to your specific requirements. The default temperature is 42°C.
- Press Start/Stop' key. The green indicating a' and b' lights will shine showing the heating is started.
- When the heating timer counts down to 0', the buzzer will sound for three times and the digital timer will display 0' showing the heating is over.
- After using the Infrared Sauna Bag, pull out the plug from the main power socket.
- If at any time you need to stop the session, just press the Start/Stop key. When the green indicating lights go off, the system will stop working.
- Wipe the sweat from the surface of the thermal blanket with a wet towel and dry the thermal blanket by laying it flat on a bed or table for more than 1 hour.
- Fold the blanket and store it in a dry and cool place.

| Suggest Use:

- When the room temperature is lower than 20 °C, you may preheat the blanket
for 10 minutes prior to use.
- It is suggested that you are well hydrated by drinking a glass of water prior to using.

- After using or before cleaning the device, switch off the device and pull out the plug from the power socket.
- Protect the blanket from touching sharp objects to avoid cutting or lacerating the surface of the blanket.
- Do not use the device if the surface of the blanket is damaged. .
- Do not use the device in water or in a humid environment.
- Keep the device away from children.
- Keep the device away from the electric heating oven or other heating sources.
