- Plug the power cord to the 110V socket.
- Put your feet or hands on the top.
- Press the"START/STOP" to turn on; default time:15 minutes
- Press "Increase" to choose the vibration level, total 7 levels, from Low~High.
- Press "Decrease" to decrease vibration level.
- To set Auto Mode, press "AUTO1" or "AUTO2"button.
- To adjust time, press"TIMER" from 5~30 minutes.
- After use, press the Power Switch to stop.
